Mobile app
The French Score app uses the same account and the same data as the website. It contains no advertising and no ad tracking: it does not access your phone's advertising identifier.
The microphone is used only for speaking exercises, when you start a recording. The recording is sent to ElevenLabs to be transcribed, and is then not kept; the transcript follows the rules in the table above. You can withdraw microphone access at any time in your phone's settings.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contact@frenchscore.com. You can also delete your account yourself from the app: the steps are on the Help page. Finally, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Cookies
No advertising cookies. Google Analytics sets audience measurement cookies (_ga, kept for 13 months at most). Mixpanel measures audience without cookies. Microsoft Clarity is only loaded with your consent; it then sets the cookies _clck (1 year) and _clsk (1 day). You can change your mind at any time with the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of each page, and delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
